Since we are backed in Saigon, we really missed this peaceful environment
Let’s talk about the first restaurant we have visited in An Bang Beach: Nam Gia Seafood Restaurant … front of the Beach !
Let us tell you some anecdotes. First, many of you know that MiKi Chef was born in Da Nang and that her parents, grandparents, uncle and aunt are from Hue. That said, we chose, by pure chance, Nam Gia, after a walk on the beach, for our first lunch at An Bang Beach. Arrived first, we chose a table facing the sea, despite the wind and the cold. Today is February 14! The staff, curious about our bravery, hastened to unroll the plastic sheets. MiKi ordered the meal and the beer. Suddenly a young lady appeared, who started a discussion with MiKi Chef. Duyen is actually a childhood friend of MiKi Chef and is the restaurant owner’s daughter.
Good start, dedicated staff, the owner is a friend, the atmosphere is great facing the beach. So we wait for the meal … sipping our beer.
There you go, we will be served, dish after dish … a typical MiKi Chef way that we appreciate!
Specially you can enjoy sea food specialities at Nam Gia fish soup, grilled meat or fresh seafood such as shrimp, squids, crabs and so on relaxing in front of a breathtaking view of the sea and leaving you intoxicated by the sound of its waves !
