What a luck we had yesterday to have a meeting @ Hoa Vien Craft Brewery and met on the spot the General Manager Pham Duy which allowed us to visit his Craft Beer sanctuary!
Hoa Vien is an institution in Vietnam. Duy told us Hoa Vien has been producing their beers in an artisanal way since 1995. He proudly told us that he has been working there for 21 years.
Well we leave you with these images and we will return soon for an official interview and especially to see how early in the morning they brew their famous beers.
We will come back and will provide more infos about this Great Craft Brewery Institution in Vietnam ! In the meantime, we strongly recommend that you visit Hoa Vien, taste their Craft Beers and above all enjoy a good meal, especially the 30-day aged Beefsteak.
